3rd Foundation Day Anniversary & Award of NCE Cerificates

3RD FOUNDATION DAY ANNIVERSARY AND AWARD OF NCE CERTIFICATES

This is to inform members of the University Community and the General Public that the 3rd Foundation Day Ceremony for the University (including award of certificates to the NCE graduates of the defunct EACOED, Oyo and Lanlate Campus between 2005 and 2025) has been scheduled to start on Friday, 12 December 2025 while the awards of certificates to the NCE graduates will come up on Tuesday, 16 December 2025 at the 1,500 Seater Hall (BOT) beside the Students Affairs Division.

All graduands are, therefore, implored to take note of the following:

1. Graduands are to dress corporately failing which such graduands will not be allowed into the Graduation Arena.

2. Payment for Graduation (including Academic Gown rental) isTwenty-Five Thousand Naira (N25,000.00) to be paid to the Bursary Department with the Account details below:

3. Collection of Academic Gowns will commence on Monday, 15 December, 2025 upon presentation of the Payment Receipt of N25,000.00 from the Bursary Department to the designated Faculty Officers.

4. Collect your Gowns from the underlisted designated Officers as may be applicable to you:

5. Academic Gowns are to be returned latest by 3.00p.m. on Wednesday, 17 December, 2025 to the respective Faculty Officers

6. Late submission of Gowns will attract a fine of Two Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N2,500.00) per day.

7. Damage done to any Gown will attract Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00).

8. All Graduands are to be seated in the BOT Hall by 10.00a.m.

9. Collection of Certificates will attract Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00). Presentation of Payment Receipt and original copy of Statement of Result with an authentic means of identification (e.g. Driver’s License, NIN or Office ID card e.t.c).

All granduands are, therefore implored to adhere strictly to the above directive of the University Management.
