ADMISSION INFORMATION AND PROCESSING
POST-UTME / DIRECT ENTRY SCREENING OF PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES FOR THE 2026/2027 ADMISSION EXERCISE
This is to notify prospective candidates that Emmanuel Alayande University of Education’s admission portal will be opened for Post-UTME/Direct Entry Registration from Monday, 3 August 2026 to 6 September 2026. Only candidates who scored 150 or above in the 2026 UTME are eligible to register for the Post-UTME Screening.
Candidates should note that there may be no extension of the registration period, i.e. 03/08/2026 to 06/09/2026.
1. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR UTME AND DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES
Candidates are required to log in to the University website and navigate to the Admission Portal using their JAMB Registration Number (e.g. 20261223456EG) as their username and their surname as their initial password (e.g. OLAYEMI).
A portal access fee of ?2,000.00 should be paid through the Admission Portal in favour of Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo.
Payment Options:
- Card: Credit/Debit Card payment using an ATM card.
- Bank Transfer: Direct bank account debit using internet banking tools.
Candidates are expected to print their payment success receipt.
DATE OF POST-UTME SCREENING
The Post-UTME Screening shall take place from 8 September 2026 to 13 September 2026.
Candidates are strongly advised to provide valid and active email addresses and phone numbers.
The University will not take responsibility for failure to receive information as a result of invalid email addresses or non-functional phone numbers.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION
Candidates who will not be sixteen (16) years by 30 September 2026 shall not be cleared for admission.
Candidates seeking admission into the programmes of the University must possess five (5) credits at one sitting in relevant O’Level subjects.

Alternatively, candidates presenting two O’Level results must have at least six (6) credits in relevant subjects.
Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo accepts NABTEB, WAEC and NECO, as well as Cambridge Advanced Level, NCE, OND, HND and Degree certificates from recognised institutions for Direct Entry admission.
Candidates are advised to check the list of matriculating subjects accepted by the University and the UTME subject combinations and O’Level requirements for their chosen programmes.
Direct Entry candidates are required to upload their credentials. Candidates are strongly advised to adhere strictly to the guidelines stipulated above for successful completion of the online application.

To secure admission for the session, candidates must carefully follow the application procedures below.
1. Change of University Choice
Applicants are required to change their previous choice of University to Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo, through the JAMB portal.
2. Eligibility
Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo, will admit candidates who possess credit passes in at least five relevant subjects at not more than two (2) sittings in SSCE/NECO.
Candidates are advised to familiarise themselves with the O’Level requirements and UTME subject combinations for their chosen programmes.
3. Method of Application
Candidates are required to visit the University website and follow the admission application instructions.
4. Submission of Application
The Post-UTME screening fee is ?2,000.00.
5. Minimum Cut-Off Mark

6. Notification of Admissions
Successful candidates who have been shortlisted will be displayed on the University website, while candidates offered admission will be contacted formally through JAMB.
