Candidates are required to come with the following documents for the screening exercise:

1. 4 office files of Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo.
2. 6 Coloured passport photographs.
3. 1 original copy and 3 photocopies of O’Level results.
4. 1 original copy and 3 photocopies of 2026 UTME results.
5. 1 original copy and 3 photocopies of N.C.E./ND results for (D.E) Programme.
6. Acceptance fee receipt.
7. JAMB Admission Letter (Duplicate): 1 coloured and 2 photocopies.
8. Post-UTME Screening results.
9. Letter of Attestation from a respected Civil Servant not below Level 12/Clergymen/Justice of Peace (J.P.) with functioning phone number.
10. Evidence of Local Government of Origin.
11. Birth Certificate.
12. Application Form receipt.
13. JAMB change of Institution printout which will show that you have chosen Emmanuel Alayande University of Education as first choice.
