On behalf of the Governing Council, Management, staff and students of Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo, I warmly felicitate with all Nigerians on the occasion of our nation's 66th Independence Day anniversary.
Today, we celebrate the resilience, unity and progress of our great nation, Nigeria. Sixty-six years after independence, we remain bound together by a shared history, a common destiny, and an unyielding hope for a better future.
As a University of Education, we are particularly mindful of the role of knowledge, truth and service in nation building. We remain committed to nurturing competent educators and leaders who will contribute meaningfully to national development and sustain the dreams of our founding fathers.
May this 66th Independence Day renew our collective hope for a brighter, more prosperous and more united Nigeria.
