- 4 Office files of Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo.
- 6 Coloured passport photographs.
- 1 Original copy and 4 photocopies of O'Level Result
- 1 Original copy and 4 photocopies of 2024 UTME Result
- Testimonial
- Acceptance fee receipt
- Post UTME Screening result slip
- Letter of Attestation from a respected civil servant not below level 12 with phone number and functional E-mail address.
- Evidence of Local Government of Origin
- Result checking cards(s)
- Birth Certificate
- Letter of Recommendation for Admission
- University Admission Letter
- Application form receipt
- JAMB change of Institution print out (which will show you chosen Emmanuel Alayande University of Education as the first choice)
- JAMB CAPS O'LEVEL RESULT
