Steps to Complete Your Disbursement Process

1️⃣ Download the Disbursement Form – The form is available for download. Click Here to download or the link below

2️⃣ Print and Fill the Form – Complete all required sections accurately. Any incorrect or incomplete information may delay your disbursement.
3️⃣ Submit the Form – After filling out the form, submit it to the NELFUND Desk Officer, Mrs. Jemilat Kemi Yusuff-Mashopa, at the designated office.
