The current and Pioneer of this directorate is Dr. Isiaka Adetokunbo Adedeji a seasoned academic and administrator, currently serving as the Pioneer Director of the University Bookshop at Emmanuel Alayande University of Education (EAUED).

Since the institution's transition to a university, the bookshop has expanded its role to ensure that students and faculty have access to the specific texts required for degree-level programs.
